The coastline is popular with fishermen and hosts a booming crayfish industry. Diamonds are also mined from the sea and copper is mined too. The world-famous Richtersveld National Park is found in this region.
Hantam Karoo:
Millions of years ago, this area was an inland sea and over time it has transformed into an arid and rugged landscape with wide open plains and mountains. This region is renowned by astronomers for its remarkable night skies and is home to the South African Astronomical Observatory. The region is also known for its spring wild flowers, and is home to the rare Sterboom.
Kgalagadi Transfrontier National Park:
Africa’s first transfrontier park, Kgalagadi “land of thirst” is shared with and crosses the border into Botswana to facilitate the migration of wildlife and the movement of free-roaming predators; red sand dunes, sparse vegetation and dry riverbeds of the Nossob and Auob ensure excellent opportunities for game viewing and photography.

Here?s a guide and checklist you won?t want to be without.
12 Months Before
*Buy a wedding planner and organizer, which is one of the true bargains
for brides. (The only realistic alternative to not being well organized is
hiring a wedding consultant to manage the details for you.)
*Talk with your fianc? (and parents if they will be paying the bill and
adding to the guest list) about the size and a budget, possible date, and
location for the wedding.
*Reserve the ceremony and reception sites. (If the wedding will take
place in a large city, don?t dilly dally on this one. Wedding venues can
be booked up solid for a year.)
*Begin shopping for your dress. (You could be looking for that perfect
gown for months, and most shops need at least four months to fill an
order.

One of the first things you ought to do when you want to sell your house is to ensure all the loose ends are fixed. What I mean by this is for you to take the time to fix all the aspects of your home that needs fixing, before attempting to sell your house. If you take the time to do this, it will push the price of your house higher than if you didnt. You see, when buyers see your home, the first impression matters a great deal. Thats why a great deal of care should be taken to make your home very okay before you go out to sell your house. When prospective buyers come to your house, the first thing they will behold is the exteriors. So, ensure you do all the repairs that are needed beforehand. If the house you want to sell has a garden or a lawn, ensure that its very attractive before bringing any potential buyer to look at it. Also, ensure that you clear all the weeds and clutter from the sidewalks and driveways. More so, dont leave your pathways and all the rooms in your homes without very sufficient lighting. Also, take the time to look at all the windows, doors, etc to make sure they can be opened and closed without problems. Ensure that you get professional help for your carpets and draperies so that it all appears very well cleaned. Dont leave any repairs undone before listing your house for sale. Use powerful insecticides to rid your home of bugs before listing it for sale. Last, see to it that the entire house, particularly all the rooms are methodically cleaned before thinking to sell your house.

Next, ready your black latex paint and dip the stencil brush into it. Fill in all the lines as you did when you applied the gray shadow paint. As before, remove the stencil and with an artist?s brush, fill in any missing or broken lines.
For a little more of a realistic effect, take the artist?s brush and dip into the gray paint. Stipple or lightly apply a little gray paint to the top of the black lines as if light was being reflected off the tops of the faux iron.
Now stand back and congratulate yourself for creating a fun and surprisingly realistic looking faux wrought iron headboard!

Give yourself enough time so that you don?t have to rush. Don?t let your mouth overload your back. Learn to say ?No?. Some simple but powerful advice is: Remember to breathe. By the way, you should expect to feel down right after entertaining and after Christmas Day.
If you are going to be a guest at someone?s home, you may want to consider these suggestions:
1. Don?t stay too long. You may want to shorten the length of the visit instead of wearing out your welcome.
2. Discipline your own children. If Little Johnny goes wild, then Little Johnny?s parents need to be the ones who handle it ? no one else.
